Rates are per day and vary according to high or low season, and are applicable for stays starting from a minimum of two nights. They include heating, bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen that is changed once a week, final cleaning, one slot in the surveilled parking area, bicycle storage.

Pets are allowed (subject to previous agreement) for which veterinary assistance is guaranteed 24/7: supplement for the pet is EUR 8/day

Guests are invited to bring their own towels for the beach, garden, solarium or pool. Otherwise, we can provide them for EUR 5 each.

Arrival: from 3 to 6 p.m. or as agreed with us beforehand

Departure: the apartment must be vacated by 10 a.m. of the day of departure

Booking: We will consider bookings final only on receipt of an advance payment amounting to 30% of the full price of the stay. Cancellations must be made within 20 days prior to the booked date of arrival, otherwise we will not refund the advance payment. The bill must be settled on arrival.
