The recent renovation works, conducted with great care in order to respect the authentic simplicity of the house’s late 19th century architectural style, were done to preserve the original atmosphere of this old rural home standing in the precious and regenerating peacefulness of the countryside although only 1.5 km from downtown Arco. Its location at 360 m a.s.l. ensures pleasant freshness during the summer months, while the thick walls keep the rooms comfortably warm on winter nights. The grand terrace allowing a magical view of the lake and surrounding hills, the garden and the olive grove, provides relaxing green-hued tranquillity.
Our guests can choose between two apartments, called ‘Casaliva’ and ‘Leccino’, furnished with antique family heirloom furniture and fine local artefacts. Every detail reflects the attention paid to making them cosy and comfortable. Each apartment can host from two to five guests and is equipped with LCD satellite TV, autonomous heating with thermostats in each room, dishwasher, hair dryer, toaster and safe.
